When a storm rolls through Williamson County, most homeowners find out two things fast. The first is that roof damage is not always visible from the ground. The second is that filing an insurance claim on your own is a slow, confusing process that a lot of people give up on halfway through.

Most roofing companies will hand you a bid and tell you good luck with your adjuster. We do the opposite. Chad meets your adjuster at your house, walks the roof with them, and makes sure every area of damage gets documented before the loss summary is written. That single step is the difference between a claim that covers a full replacement and a claim that covers half of one.

Here is what that looks like in practice. We inspect the property and document the damage with photographs. We help you file. We meet the adjuster on site. We review your loss summary line by line and identify anything that got missed. We handle the supplement if one is needed. Then we build the roof and certify the work when it is done.

Storm and Hail Damage in Williamson County

Middle Tennessee gets a real hail season, generally March through May, and severe wind events that can lift and crease shingles without tearing a single one off your lawn. That last part matters. A creased shingle looks fine from the driveway and leaks eighteen months later, long after your claim window has closed.

Do you handle the insurance claim, or do I have to?

We handle it with you from start to finish. We inspect and document the damage, help you file, meet your adjuster on site, review the loss summary for anything that was missed, and file a supplement if one is needed. You get one point of contact the whole way through.

How much does a roof inspection cost?

Nothing. Our roof inspections are free, and that includes storm damage inspections, pre purchase inspections for a home you are buying, and annual checkups. If we do not find anything worth fixing, we will tell you that.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Fairview and serve Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, Nolensville, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Bellevue, Kingston Springs, Dickson, Columbia, and Murfreesboro, plus the surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roof replacements in this area are done in one day. Larger or more complex roofs, and jobs where we find rotten decking that has to be replaced, can run into a second day. We will tell you which one you are looking at before we start.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Roof Commander is licensed in Tennessee under license number available upon request and carries full liability and workers compensation insurance. We are happy to provide copies of both before any work begins.

What warranty comes with the work?

Every roof we install carries a two year labor and workmanship warranty from us, on top of the manufacturer warranty on the materials themselves. As a GAF certified and Owens Corning Preferred contractor, we can install systems that qualify for enhanced manufacturer coverage.
